Grounding faults lead directly to power outages; if a grounding leak is severe, it can even burn out electrical equipment or wiring, resulting in irreparable damage. In medical facilities, particularly life-threatening secondary medical units, patients undergoing surgery or anesthesia lack autonomic responsiveness, and even small leakage currents can cause an electric shock. Therefore, the electrical design of such specialized areas must strictly adhere to the relevant national standards and specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lingjuimg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ankerui\/2026\/03\/data.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2930\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The power distribution system for IT systems (also called isolation or grounding systems) has a very low leakage current to earth due to its neutral grounding. Even a single insulation fault does not affect the system&#039;s power supply, and it can continue to operate. The insulation monitoring device installed in the system can detect faults in a timely manner and send corresponding error messages to remind the relevant personnel to rectify the problem promptly.
