It borders the southeastern Atlantic Ocean, is approximately 25 nautical miles from Conakry, and has a tropical rainforest climate (24-32\u00b0C average annual temperature).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phase I: Iron ore shipping via barge + offshore lighting, throughput of 70M tonnes. 4 berths (12k ton class) and gangways to be built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phase II: Planter deep-water port for 325,000-ton dumpers
