IoT energy management
The Acrel IoT platform is based on the data center of IoT (Internet of Things), implements unified upstream and downstream data standards, and provides a platform of data services for IoT. Users only need to purchase the Acrel IoT power instrument and sensor, select a gateway, and scan the QR code, then they can use their mobile phones and computers to obtain the required industrial data services. There is also a one-click energy report generation function, which provides a quick overview of the current energy consumption.

structure
The Acrel IoT EMS can connect all Acrel products, including the APM, PZ, and AMC series for power monitoring, the ADL series for energy quality management, and the ATC600 and ARTM-PN for wireless temperature measurement. All product data is uploaded to the platform in two ways: - The standard electricity meter is connected to the gateway, and all data is uploaded to the platform via the gateway. Communication uses 4G and Wi-Fi, etc. - The IoT meter is connected directly to the platform via 4G, Wi-Fi, etc.
-
Application scenario
• Substation • Building • Telecommunications base station • Industrial energy consumption • Smart lighthouse • Operation and maintenance of power systems
Advantages
-
Centralized monitoring:
Remotely controlled devices upload data 24 hours a day.
-
Self-registration:
Users can register their own accounts and add devices through the mobile app.
-
Energy Analysis:
You can view the energy consumption of your devices anytime and anywhere.
-
Alert:
As soon as an alarm occurs on the device, the alarm data is uploaded in real time and forwarded by the app to the responsible person.
-
Energy Overview:
Individual measurements (air compressor, air conditioning, lighting, production power, etc.) allow for the precise identification of large households and unusual energy losses. Multidimensional statistical analysis (year-on-year comparison, circulation comparison, cost analysis) enables the automatic generation of energy consumption reports.
