On March 10, 2026, Acrel Electric Co., Ltd. („Acrel Electric“) and Yingchen (Xiongan) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. („Yingchen Xiongan“) officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Wuxi, in which both sides build on the complementarity of resources, technological synergy and joint market development as the core to build the entire chain service system „New Energy + Energy Efficiency Improvement“ and promote the deep integration of green electricity and smart electricity consumption.
Both sides will leverage their core strengths to conduct deep cooperation: Yingchen Xiongan will draw on its practical experience in integrating new energy systems and project construction, while Acrel Electric will support each other through its technical accumulation of electrical intelligent operations and maintenance, as well as energy efficiency management, to jointly open up the foreign market and support China's microgrid solutions to become global and provide customers abroad with full-process and one-stop energy services.
This collaboration is not just a market-level partnership between the two companies in Southeast Asia, but also a deep integration of technology and industry. Acrel focuses on microgrid energy management systems by installing monitoring, analysis, protection, and governance facilities at all key nodes of the source, grid, load, storage, and charging infrastructure. Data is collected via a high-performance edge computing gateway and uploaded to the company's microgrid platform to help customers achieve fine-tuned energy management, optimize energy consumption patterns, reduce operating costs, and ensure equipment security. Yingchen Xiongan has extensive experience in integrating energy storage devices, delivering local projects, and providing after-sales service. With this platform, both companies aim to establish a new direction for the Chinese microgrid and further enhance their competitiveness and market share in Southeast Asia.
