On April 10, 2023, at 9 a.m., Mr. Matthieu and his team from Solu-Watt, a French company, visited the smart entry and exit workstations, the flexible meter production workshops and the laboratories at Acrel's factory. Since 1992, Solu-Watt has continuously evolved in the electrical equipment market and is able to provide tailor-made solutions for wired installation (control cabinets, junction boxes, electrical boxes, etc.) and lighting, offering customers high-quality, innovative and environmentally friendly solutions.
In order to give customers a more intuitive insight into the creation of an electricity meter, staff were assigned to the flexible meter production workshop to demonstrate them on site one by one according to the visit route. We also gave detailed explanations of the two brand printing processes and invited customers to participate to experience the convenience and efficiency of the intelligent production lines. Customers repeatedly praised our diverse production methods. The flexible workshop is equipped with production robot arms, whose grasping accuracy and speed are much higher than those of traditional workers, which is one of the key elements in improving production efficiency. An automated, easy-to-operate robot transports the materials to the workbench, and work can be started quickly and conveniently.
After visiting the production workshop, Matthieu and his team went to the laboratory where the reliability of the product they were interested in was tested. In the laboratory, the director explained the main functions of the device to the customer and explained that we would test the different functions of the new product before production to ensure its normal operation in harsh environments.
