overview
The Jiangsu Lvyi building's prepaid cloud platform system is located at 2 Huangshan Road in the Jianye district of Nanjing. The building covers an area of 75,000 square meters and is situated in the city center. It is surrounded by numerous residential areas, boasts comprehensive infrastructure, and offers convenient transportation access. Subway Line 7, scheduled to open in early 2020, will have a station in the immediate vicinity. The lower floors of the Lvyi building house commercial spaces and apartments, while the upper floors contain hotel apartments. It is a modern building that combines commercial, office, and residential uses.
A total of 353 prepaid electricity meters were installed. The Acrel-3200Cloud prepaid cloud platform enables optimized management of electricity sales and consumption. It is easy to use and allows for remote control and real-time monitoring by property management companies. Furthermore, it features a user-friendly interface and can not only manage data effectively but also implement effective confidentiality measures for data security, improve management, and resolve payment difficulties.

Design area
The prepaid cloud platform system designed for this project, based on customer needs and project realities, consists of the Acrel DTSY1352-NK three-phase prepaid electricity meter, the ANet series gateway communication manager, and the prepaid system management software.
The prepaid metering system installed in the project is now connected to the prepaid cloud platform system, enabling functions such as remote meter reading, remote meter control, and remote electricity sales. Field meters are primarily distributed throughout the distribution rooms of buildings and towers.
Currently, 353 prepaid meters of type DYSY1352-NK are connected at this location.
Note: Third-party instruments must specify the requirements for supporting the Modbus-RTU standard protocol; otherwise, access rights will not be granted or additional fees will be charged.

System functions
Centralized Meter Service System
By default, the system centrally and remotely records all counters every half hour and allows for individual configuration in time intervals.

Project visit
By logging into the system and accessing the project navigation interface, users can summarize the distribution of individual projects, the number of dealers, total electricity consumption, electricity billing, total sales, etc.

User management
The user administration mainly performs account opening, deregistration, batch operation of the electricity meter / water meter and querying of account opening / deregistration records.

open an account
This system allows traders to open accounts, supports not only a single-meter account but also the request for a multi-meter account, solves the problem of transferring the volume of old meters when they are replaced with new ones after project renovation; supports peak and trough electricity prices, supports one meter per electricity price; an overvoltage threshold for a single table can be set, and two-stage alarm thresholds for a single table volume can be set.

Batch remote operation
Account opening, Alarm 1, Alarm 2, debt, power outage, etc. are displayed in different colors; the command types for remote meter control include: tariff release, setting assignment (alarm amount threshold and overload power threshold for release), power protection (mandatory tariff), prepayment (auto-start mode), power outage (mandatory power outage), and meter reading export (export of the current status of all meters to an Excel file), as shown in the following figure:

Electricity Sales Management
The system offers additional electricity sales, charging, process, details and sorting queries.

Water distribution management
The system offers additional functions for water sales, supply, shut-off, detailed queries and sorting queries.

Reporting Center
The system offers a variety of reports such as electricity sales, water sales, electricity statistics, management and control meter readings, real-time alarms, historical events, electrical parameters, etc., to meet users' requirements for daily/monthly/annual reports on electricity, water, cost and power outage meter readings/communication management.

System configuration
This system configuration includes basic settings for platform access to buildings, gateways, electricity and water meters, and provides the management of administrator roles and permissions to prevent unauthorized access.

Document printing
For electricity sales, refunds, and account openings, the system supports printing three copies of the document. The standard document is as follows (freely customizable after customer confirmation):
